Anders saves client approximately $280,000

Anders was successful in securing a subtenant for 6470 East Johns Crossing at approximately 98% of the asking rental and four months ahead of the budgeted timeline goal.  When clients find themselves with excess space, subleasing is a common method to recover some of the expense associated with such space.  However, subleasing is atypical and tricky for tenants.  Many Brokers treat sublease assignments as a necessary evil.  At Anders Commercial Properties we are relationship driven.  Therefore, we value the opportunity to assist clients with surplus space.
