Anders assisted a tenant who had occupied office space in a mid-rise multi-tenant building for over 10 years. The company was seeking an alternative type of workplace environment. Anders was successful in helping them relocate to a free-standing boutique building, exceeding the company’s needs. The tenant benefits from being able to park at their front door, controls the hours of HVAC, and has the ability to host functions in their own backyard!
