What happens when tenant representatives from 20 US cities and London/UK gather in Newport Beach, CA? The Alliance of Tenant Representatives (ATR) Annual Conference of course!
The conference facilitated meaningful connections and camaraderie between fellow ATRs, promoted an engaging learning environment and the sharing of best practices for advocating for occupiers.
The days were action-packed with presentations from industry leaders including Tom Greubel (Irvine Company) and Dan Winter (WeWork) along with presentations from ATR members:
- Nick McCalmont-Woods (London): on the impact of Brexit;
- Walt Batansky (Tampa): on LinkedIn and cutting edge software;
- Michael Grogan (Washington DC): on Opportunity Zones,
and we also welcomed Ashley McCormick, our latest member from Las Vegas.
It was a productive few days, however, we still found time to pack in lots of fun and enjoy one of God’s greatest gifts, the incredible Pacific Ocean sunset.
